Yummy Recipe: Pot-Roasted Artichokes

I apologize first for not taking a photo of the end result. Next time I promise it will attached. I found the recipe in Bon Appetite and it was actually not that hard to make. The only tasking part is you need to break down the baby artichokes. When they say peel the leafs off till the are yellow, they mean it. My only advice, add more capers and garlic to the recipe. The combination is amazing.
