ODD MOM OUT is BACK!

This is completely unheard of, I cannot believe that last summer I never posted anything about Bravo’s first scripted TV show, “Odd Mom Out”. I was obsessed with this show last summer. The network is obviously synonymous with world of reality of TV. So venturing into uncharted waters with a comedy series, was a big risk. Thankfully they found their holy grail with the hilarious Jill Kargman. Odd Mom Out enters the slippery messy life of real mom stuck in the Upper East Side of New York City. The show is based on several publication by Jill, like The Ex-Mrs. Hedgefund which was published in 2009 followed by the shows namesake, Sometimes I Feel Like A Nut: Essays and Observations From An Odd Mom Out in 2011. Kragman is the principle writer for the series as well as it’s creator. Won’t be too long before her name is listed as a producer on the show. The show is extremely witty and raw, then there is the amazing and unknown cast.

While there are veterans actors like Andy Buckley (Bridesmaids & The Heat) who plays Jill’s husband and Joanna Cassidy (Blade Runner & Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter is Dead) who plays Jill’s mother-in-law. I think it’s a lot of the newbies that steal the show. Before the show, actress K.K. Click had only appeared on two TV show episodes. Glick plays Jill’s longtime best friends on the show and the dynamic between the two fresh actresses is amazing and infectious. So if you are looking for an addictive show this summer, “Odd Mom Out” is your best bet. The show returns with it's second season starting on June 20, 2016 on BRAVO. BTW, you can watch episode on the Bravo Site.
