Update - The Second Crib

Well I finally heard back from the seller of the crib and conversion kit. She wanted $900 for the crib and conversion kit and the mattress. If I bought those new today it would about $1000 for all 3. She wasn't going to budge on the price, so I am moving on. Time to order that crib! I loathe that it's looming over my head.
